1.   CCSS     SWFGC&I is a liscensed & designated (Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS)) provider by the state of N.M.

The purpose of Comprehensive Community Support Services is to coordinate and provide services and resources to individuals/families necessary to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency. Our services identify and addresses the barriers that impede the development of skills necessary for independent functioning in the community; as well as strengths, which may aid the individual or family in the recovery or resiliency process. Community support activities address goals specifically in the following areas: parenting skills; training & behavior management; independent living; learning; working; socializing and recreation, our services are delivered with a clinical home model. 

2.   IFS     SWFGC&I  provides Intensive Family Services 

These services are created for multi-stressed families with individuals identified having acute/chronic behavioral, emotional or developmental issues.
Components include:
   · Family Therapy
   · Individual Therapy
   · In-home family coaching
   · Parental Seminar
   · 24 hour crisis intervention
   · Community-based liaison services
   · Coordination with other professional and medical services
   · Case management / CCSS
   · Bilingual Services

3.   School Based Services

In collaboration with the Rio Rancho, Albuquerque and Sante FE Public School systems SWFGC&I  provides mental health services in the schools.  This includes CCSS, counseling, and consultations in the school setting.  We also provide Same-Day Crisis and Suicide Assessments for all  of Albuquerque Public Schools.    

4.   Crisis Response

Southwest Family Guidance Center and Institute is on call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. We also provide same day intake appointments for crisis referrals.

5.   MST Services

Multisystemic Therapy uses a home-based model of service delivery for families with adolescents having significant behavior, legal or substance abuse issues.  Therapists are available 24 hours 7 days a week.  The average treatment involves ~ 60 hours of contact over a 4 month period.  MST Therapy focuses on empowering parents and developing support systems.  They also focus on removing barriers to progress.  This treatment model is based on a cognitive-behavior model and family systems approach.

6.   JPO Services

In all four offices we work very collaboratively with the JPO in their region, bringing MSP, CCSS, and therapy to our juveniles.
